(The Dyslexia Myth: solve reading and writing problems)

Online coaching for children with reading/writing difficulties/Dyslexia
In four to ten individual sessions H.D. Nicolay successfully coaches children with reading and writing difficulties or Dyslexia to become able to read and write error-free. Children participate via Skype from their familiar home environment and eventually will be able to apply this newly learned concept to all their school subjects and achieve good grades of at least a “B” or better. During the process, the parents/tutors will receive practical guidance to continue the individualized personal coaching.

Lecture and presentation “Instruct children to read and write good to error free“
In this lecture H. D. Nicolay introduces the concept he developed to help children become better spellers and improve their reading and writing skills. He explains the necessity of first identifying the learning strategy of children who read and write error-free. Then he helps you to discover the individual learning style your child/students possess, and finally he teaches you how to support these children to become proficient in spelling, reading and writing.

Classroom Students seminar “Instruct children to read and write good to error free“
We go into school classrooms and offer student seminars that focus on the implementation of the Nicolay Teaching/Tutoring Method and how it enables children to acquire error-free spelling and improve their reading and writing skills. If implemented as early as the second grade, the onset of reading and writing problems can be prevented. The following topics will be addressed: identifying the difference between the learning strategy of poor students compared to ones who excel in spelling and reading, discovering personal learning styles and how to improve them, and also enhanced concentration skills.

Teacher seminar "Instruct children to read and write good to error free"
The Nicolay Method (NM©) can easily be learned by teachers and instructors and applied in the classroom to coach children at the risk of developing reading and writing difficulties and eventually become able to read and write error free. It can contribute to all children learning to read and write proficiently. Additionally, training of visual learning strategies makes Foreign Language acquisition easier and is very helpful in other school subjects like Mathematics.

Seminar for Therapists "Instruct children to read and write good to error free"
The Nicolay Teaching/Tutoring Method can be easily learned by therapists to coach children of all ages to become good to error-free at spelling, reading and writing in just four to ten individual sessions. For therapists who work with small groups and for teachers, who would like to apply the NT-TM in the classroom he explains the necessity of first identifying the learning strategy of children who read and write error-free. Then he helps you to discover the individual learning style your child/students possess, and finally he teaches you how to support these children to improve their reading and writing skills. In continuing education seminars, therapists and teachers will acquire the skills to successfully apply the  method into their own specific field of activity.
