Training events for therapists, teachers and other interested parties

Training and further training seminars in the Nicolay-Reading/Writing® method (NRM)
The compete training course for dyslexia therapists, reading and writing therapists and any interested party comprises an introductory lecture and four modular units: Basic 1 – Advanced 4 taking a total of 56 hours. One can choose between individual seminars over two days each (14 hours) or over 4 days (28 hours). Furthermore we also offer the total as an intensive course for small groups.

Lecture
Presentation of the Nicolay-Reading/Writing-Method® and a practical demonstration with children. The lecture is part of the basic seminar and the total training course. Admission is free for seminar participants. Interested parties pay € 20,–. You can download the lecture flyer here.

Basic seminar
BASIC 1 (14 hours, maximum of 8 participants. For therapists, teachers, psychologists and other professions working with children who have reading and writing difficulties. Content: Explanation of the method and its practical application through role playing and small groups. More detailed information can be found here.

Advanced seminars for therapists
Individual seminars T2–T4 (each consisting of 14 hours), for dyslexia therapists, therapists in reading and writing difficulties and any interested party. Maximum 8 participants. For therapists and other professionals who work with individual children or small groups. Content: Explanation of the method and practical application in role playing, small groups and with children with reading and writing difficulties. More detailed information can be found here.

Advanced seminars for teachers
Individual seminars P2–P4 (each consisting of 14 hours), maximal 8 participants. For teachers, psychologists and professions who teach language acquisition in classes, remedial classes or learning groups. Content: Explanation of the method and practical application in role playing, small groups and with children with reading and writing difficulties. More detailed information can be found here.

Intensive training in small groups in your town/city
For groups of at least two we will provide the training in your practice or in your town. Practical application with children from your practice. Two twoday sessions (each consisting of 12 hours).

Fees
Training: B1–P4 or B1–T4 (56 hours): € 1.250,–
Individual seminar: (14 hours): € 380,–
Intensive training in small groups € 1.950,– per person
Coaching/Supervision for therapists and teachers: € 100,–/hour.
